Who do you work with & whom do you cater ?
We are happy to work and collaborate with individuals planning a special event, event planners organizing unique events, venues who need a little extra pop to offer to offer and pitch to clients , and everyone else who need that missing extra piece to make their event stand out no matter the size of the party.
Do you carry Insurance?
Absolutely. We carry General Liability and Liquor Liability Insurance for all events. If your event space requires COI, we are happy to provide one.
How much is this going to cost me?
Please fill out or contact form the link is here or email us with as much detail as possible in order to assist you better. We can do hourly or flat fee for any of our services. Since every event is unique, and each of our clients so far wanted something different, we will provide you with several quotes based on your vision and expectation. In order not to limit anyone, we prepare invoices per the inquiry, each detailing the costs to be incurred. Many factors such as number of your guests, type of service requested and alike will be reflected in the price. NYC sales tax will be added to the final bill.
Is there a deposit?
We require 50% non-refundable deposit in order to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 10 days before your event.
What if I need to cancel?
In the event of cancellation, the deposit will be forfeited. We understand that life happens, that's why we would be more than happy to reschedule and apply the deposit to new date..
Do you provide alcohol?
Unfortunately NYS laws prevent us from doing so. We are dry hire mobile bar. However, we can provide wine, beer and bubblies. As far as hard liquor is concerned, we will provide you with shopping list, or communicate on your behalf directly with one of our preferred vendors so that an order that can be delivered straight to your door.
So what do you provide?
Other than alcohol, we'll bring everything and everyone needed to make your event ultimate success. For beverages we'll bring ice, garnishes, fruits, vegetables, cups, napkins and much more. For the Cart services we'll bring all tools, machines, equipment and condiments you choose.
Can you bring the trailer bar indoors?
Our Horsy is 5.5 feet wide and 9 feet tall so we'll need an entry that's at least 6 feet wide and 9.5-10 feet tall. For indoor events we need accessible ramp. All other carts and bars fit literally anywhere.
Do you require Electricity?
Yes we do. That's why need to be stationed somewhere close to the outlets. If that's not an option we can bring our portable generator for an additional fee of $150.00 for the entire duration of your event.
Where do you travel?
We'll go anywhere you need us in New York City, Long Island, Westchester and Bergen County, New Jersey. Travel cost is not included for the events within 50 miles from zip code 11105. Cost for travel beyond 50 miles from zip 11105 will be added to your final bill.
Do you provide cleaning service?
Yes. We are happy to stay longer and clean up. Additional $175.00/hr will be added your bill.
What is the most number of guests you can serve?
We do not have a limit. We have ready and available eager staff who wish to serve and cater as many guests as you have. See, for us is a challenge to serve as many guests as we can and strive to bring our A game, as we are team of competitive bartenders.
