Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: Will the bars fit into most spaces?
A: Our Mobile Trailer Bar is 8 feet wide and tall, length is 7.8 feet. For indoor events we would need a ramp in order to bring it inside. The portable bars and carts can fit through almost every doorway and is approximately 6x4.
Q: Do you need access to electricity?
A: For Mobile Trailer Bar we need access to power outlet within 5 feet where the bar would be stationed. In the event you are not able to provide access to electricity or have a generator, we can provide a Ryobi generator available for a small fee. As for our standard bars, we don't need access to the electricity.
Q: Who provides the alcohol?
A: As per the NY Alcohol and Beverage Laws, for now, we are unable to provide alcohol. That's why we are a BYO Bar and you are responsible for providing the alcohol, AGAIN per state laws. We can pour your custom cocktails, drinks, etc., however we cannot purchase it for you. We will work with you in order to create a drink list and can pick up the merchandise for a small fee. For the champagne Cart we can provide wine and champagne, but will need at least 3 weeks prior notice.
Q:What kind of uniform are you wearing?
A: Usually we wear black shirt and jeans , but we are easily adaptable and you can specify and request our bartenders to wear any outfit that would blend with the style of your party.
Q: Can additional hours be added to service?
A: Absolutely yes. Each additional hour of service will be billed at $175.00/hr.
Q: Do you offer any packages?
A: We create custom packages for the events which are based on the number of the people attending + beverages to be provided. We don't want to limit our customers, rather we would like to work with you in order create a truly unique cocktail/mocktail menu for you and your guests.
Q: What upgrades do you offer?
A: Plastic cups can be upgraded to customized plastic cups or glasses. We also have an option to upgrade your cocktails with custom cocktail toppers, LED signs, champagne walls, stylized beverage station... you think it we'll do everything possible to fulfill. Please check our upgrade menu here. If there is something that you do not see but would like for us to provide at your event, simply contact us.
Q: Can you decorate Mobile Bar NYC bars and carts for my event?
A: Yes! We can include neon bar signs, balloon garlands, florals, and rental furniture to be styled on/with your cart, for an additional fee.
Q: What types of beverages can be served from the Bars?
A: We serve everything from custom cocktails, mocktails, to champagne, rośe, and frozen drinks. You are responsible for purchasing and providing any alcohol per NY Laws. If you'd like for us to provide wine and beer, additional fee will be applied at the final price.
Q: What areas do you travel and serve?
A: We mainly serve all of NYC 5 boroughs ( Manhattan, Queens,Bronx, Brooklyn, Staten Island), Nassau and Suffolk County including all the Hamptons, and Montauk, and Bergen County, New Jersey, Westchester and Greenwich, CT.
